1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Once payment has been completed, customer-initiated order cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

3. Payment

  • Full payment must be completed before an order is processed and dispatched.

  • We accept secure online payment methods available on our website.

4. Stock Availability

  • While we strive to keep our inventory updated, some products may become unavailable after an order is placed.

  • If a product goes out of stock after your payment has been successfully completed, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method within 7 business working days. No additional charges will apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing furryxopets@gmail.com with clear photos or an unboxing video.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • After inspection and approval, a replacement or refund will be processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

7. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur depending on the manufacturer.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information while placing an order.

  • Any incorrect information resulting in delivery issues may lead to delays or additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • FurryXO Pets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
